GMP's Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plants are used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of Oral Liquids with high quality and with minimum man interface to result in cleanliness of liquid. The plant is specially designed vessels, pipes, pipe fittings and other accessories. It includes Sugar Melting Vessel (With bottom entry stirrer), Manufacturing Vessel (With bottom entry homogenizer), Zero Hold-Up Filter Press, Storage Vessel (With bottom entry stirrer), Control Panel, Piping for Transfer of Liquids, Transfer Pumps and Working Platform.

Salient Features :

	The complete plant is manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
	All contact parts are made up of SS316 and non-contact parts from SS304.
	The plant is easy to dismantle, clean and assemble.
	The sugar melting vessel is designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores.
	All vessels are provided with bottom entry stirrer/homogenizer through a specially designed mechanical seal.
	Bottom entry stirrer/homogenizer leads to less vibration, no coupling in the drive, low maintenance and reduces overall
	tank height.
	Top entry stirrer/ homogenizer can also be provided. (OPTIONAL)
	The plant can be equipped with CIP / SIP facility and Load Cell for online weighing. (OPTIONAL)
	The plant can be provided with operation through Semi-Automatic/Automatic (PLC) mode.
