GMP's Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plants are used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of Oral Liquids with high quality and with minimum man interface to result in cleanliness of liquid. The plant is specially designed vessels, pipes, pipe fittings and other accessories. It includes Sugar Melting Vessel (With bottom entry stirrer), Manufacturing Vessel (With bottom entry homogenizer), Zero Hold-Up Filter Press, Storage Vessel (With bottom entry stirrer), Control Panel, Piping for Transfer of Liquids, Transfer Pumps and Working Platform.

Salient Features :

	pendants are manufactured from ss material and all the utilities are housed inside the pendant body with required
	insulation.
	pendants can be manufactured in rectangular or round shape and of desired length as per client's requirements.
	the utilities are provided with tr-clover, threaded or flanged connection as per client's requirements.
	installation of the pendant at site can also be done with all mounting arrangement.
	ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, zero dead-leg valves, flow diverter valves (NO or NC), spray ball assembly

	sanitary Tubes, Pipes, Bends, Tees, Unions, Reducers with electro-polishing — MOC: SS316L, SS316, SS304

	Diaphragm for Diaphragm Valve — MOC: EPDM or EPDM+PTFE Lined.
